Fagerhult has signed a letter of intent to acquire Eagle Lighting Group in Australia

In order to further strengthen its international growth and strong position in the Global Lighting Industry and to create a platform for growth in the Australian market, Fagerhult has today signed a Letter of Intent to acquire the Australian Lighting Group Eagle Lighting. The intention is to finalise the acquisition during the next coming weeks.

"With this acquisition we further strengthen our position in the Global Lighting industry and in the fast growing Australian market", says Per Borgvall, CEO Fagerhult.
"The Eagle Lighting Group is a specialist company with its core business in the Professional Lighting segment, which is a perfect fit to Fagerhults strategic objective to grow in this market segment".

The company, currently the Fagerhult agent in Australia, is headquartered and with a small production unit in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and has sales offices in Sydney and Brisbane. The business has a healthy profit, growth momentum and a well established position in the Australian market with a sales turnover in excess of m20 AUD (110 MSEK) and 65 employees.
