Fagerhult postpones the Annual General Meeting
Due to the outbreak of the corona virus Covid-19 and the recent decrees and recommendations by the Swedish government and Swedish authorities, the board of directors of AB Fagerhult (publ) has today decided to postpone the annual general meeting.
The annual general meeting will not be held on 5 May 2020 as earlier communicated. The board of directors will issue and publish a notice to the annual general meeting no later than four weeks prior to the new date. The annual general meeting will at the latest be held on 30 June 2020, in accordance with existing legislation.
