British manufacturer continues to support children’s hospice charity

Since 1996 Falcon Foodservice has been supporting the Children’s Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS), a charity that supports children with life-shortening conditions and their families. Recently the company presented the charity with a cheque for £4,700, which takes the total amount Falcon has raised for the charity to over £40,000.

The money was raised by donations from Falcon staff, who give a certain amount from their salaries every month.

“I’m very proud of the way Falcon staff have put their hands in their pockets over the years to support CHAS,” say Tim Tindle, Managing Director at Falcon, “It provides a vital service for many families, helping them through very difficult times.”

“Falcon has been a staunch supporter for many years,” says Sarah Dannfald, CHAS Community Fundraiser. “We’re very grateful for the contributions, they make a huge difference to the lives of Scottish children and families.”
