FAM AB acquires shares in Munters Group AB

FAM AB has yesterday after the close of the stock exchange acquired 12 850 000 shares, corresponding to 7% of the shares outstanding, in Munters Group AB through an accelerated bookbuilding. After the transaction FAM AB is the owner of 21,1% of the shares in Munters Group AB.
