Crop production technology provider welcomes experienced agricultural leader

Winnipeg, Manitoba September 10, 2012 – Farmers Edge, an innovative technology company specializing in crop production applications,  today announced the appointment of Brian Hayward as independent director and non-executive chair. Hayward comes to Farmers Edge with 30 years in the agriculture industry having served as CEO of Agricore United, one ofCanada’s most prominent grain handling companies prior to its acquisition by Viterra in 2007.
