The three directors William W. Hall, Simon Kukes and John Climax have as of today resigned from the board of directors of ChronTech Pharma AB. Hereafter, the board consists of Thomas Lynch (chairman), Prem Lachman, Matti Sällberg and Anders Vahlne.
