Divestment of Tripep shares

Divestment of Tripep shares Professor Bo Svennerholm, one of Tripep's founders and researchers, has informed the company that he has divested 50,000 Tripep shares out of private financial considerations, and that he intends to sell a further 50,000 shares. After the divestments have been effected, Professor Svennerholm will hold 512,000 Tripep shares. Professor Svennerholm has stated his positive opinion of Tripep, and that he takes a long-term view of his remaining shareholdings.
