Tripep has sold all remaining treasury shares

Tripep has sold all its remaining 256,345 treasury shares. The shares were sold to a private investor at a price of SEK 8.50 per share. The price was based on the average quoted price of the Tripep share on the Stockholm Exchange during the last ten trading days prior to the sale.
