Delisting of Fazer Konfektyr Service AB (publ)

The Board of Directors of Fazer Konfektyr Service AB (publ) (“Fazer Konfektyr”) resolved on 9 January 2009 to delist Fazer Konfektyr’s class B share from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB.

NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has on 12 January 2009 granted Fazer Konfektyr’s request for delisting and has decided that the last day of trading with Fazer Konfektyr’s class B share shall be 23 January 2009.
