Shareholders’ Nomination Board of Fellow Finance

The Shareholders’ Nomination Board of Fellow Finance prepares proposals for the Annual General Meeting and, if necessary, for the Extraordinary General Meeting, concerning the election and remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors.

According to the procedure of the Nomination Board of Shareholders, each of the four largest shareholders of Fellow Finance appoint a member to the Nomination Board of Shareholder. Being entitled to appoint a member is based on Fellow Finance Shareholder Register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd. on the first working day of September each year.

The following members have been appointed the Shareholders’ Nomination Board:

  • Karri Haaparinne, appointed by Taaleri Oyj on 1 847 163 shares
  • Teemu Nyholm, appointed by TN Ventures Oy on 830 843 shares
  • Harri Tilev, appointed by Oy T&T Nordcap Ab on 656 436 shares
  • Vesa Vanha-Honko, appointed by OP-Suomi Mikroyhtiöt -Erikoissijoitusrahasto on 298 174 shares

In addition, Kai Myllyneva, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fellow Finance, serves as an expert in the Nomination Board without being a member.

The now appointed Nomination Board will forward its proposals for the 2021 Annual General Meeting to the Board of Directors by 31 January 2021 at the latest.
