Mini desserts offer a solution for those wanting lighter dessert options, taster portions or a variety of desserts. New Camwear mini dessert glasses from Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM) also cut costs as the polycarbonate glasses are break-resistant and reduce the need for checking for imperfections.
Camwear mini dessert glasses create a classic setting for treats like parfaits, cake, puddings, ice cream or appetizers.
The light-weight, shatter-proof, clear polycarbonate has the look and feel of glass but weighs up to 50% less. The polycarbonate can be chilled or frosted without concerns of thermal shock damage or breakages and is commercial dishwasher-safe.
The mini dessert glasses have a 100ml capacity up to the rim and can be personalised or branded with the venues’ details. FEM recommends the use of the 49 compartment 49S318 Camrack glass washing and storage rack with the dessert glasses.
