Fortius FT1 conveyor toaster from Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM)

Busy breakfast venues, such as hotels, need to keep a constant supply of freshly toasted bread on the serving counter in order to meet customer demand. Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM) has launched the Fortius FT1 conveyor toaster. With a throughput of 300 slices per hour the FT1 is a cost-effective way of coping with the breakfast rush.

Measuring only 368 x 418 x 387mm, and with a durable and easy-to-clean stainless steel finish, the FT1 toaster is ideal for self-serve applications, as well as in the kitchen. Two slices can be fed through side-by-side, as required, and the FT1 can be set up so that the toast can be collected from the front or rear of the unit.

The level of browning can be simply adjusted by the four-position dial control, to reduce the risk of burning and waste. A removable tray prevents a build-up of crumbs and allows for easy cleaning. Power consumption is 2.4kW and FEM supplies the Fortius toaster with a full one year parts and labour warranty.
