Since 1993 the company has represented leading foodservice equipment manufacturers in the UK and Irish markets. Over the years FEM has established partnership agreements with many of the industry’s top brands in both smallwares and equipment, including Vollrath, Manitowoc Ice, Cambro, Sirman, Prince Castle, San Jamar and Hamilton Beach. In 2011, FEM became UK master-distributor of the Alto-Shaam range.

Camshelving® drying and storage rack now available from FEMFoodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM) now supplies Cambro’s Camshelving® Drying Rack System, which combines the corrosion resistance and strength of Camshelving with the convenience of easy and hygienic drying. This practical system includes drying racks which fit onto the specially designed manoeuvrable rack cart for easy transportation. The racks securely hold trays, cutting boards, lids, baking sheets (full and half size) and plates (203 mm to 343 mm diameter) so that the air can circulate for hygienic and effective drying.
