FENNOVOIMA OPENS LOCAL OFFICE IN KRISTINESTAD

Patrik Hellman appointed Local Contact Manager

Finnish energy company Fennovoima opens a local office in Kristinestad. Patrik Hellman, M.Sc.(Econ.), has been appointed Local Contact Manager. Mr Hellman has worked as a consultant for land acquisition processes related to nuclear power project in Kristinestad. He has previously worked at the Ålandic gaming company (PAF) as marketing manager. In his new position at Fennovoima, Mr Hellman will be responsible for the operation of Kristinestad local office and local communications. In addition, he will participate in land acquisition operations and research related to Environmental Impact Assessment processes.

Fennovoima’s local office in Kristinestad is an information point and a public meeting place. The office has regular opening hours and there will also be other local events arranged related to Fennovoima’s nuclear power plant project. Local residents in Kristinestad are offered an opportunity to give feedback and get information about nuclear power and Fennovoima’s project.

The office in Kristinestad is located in Rantakatu 38 and will be opened on February 4. The office is open on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Public opening event of the office will take place on February 25 from 12 noon through 2 p.m.
