Rusatom Overseas and Fennovoima in Oulu and in Pyhäjoki on November 6th 2013

Executive Vice President of Rusatom Overseas, Ms Anastasia Zoteeva, visits Oulu and Pyhäjoki tomorrow on Wednesday, November 6th. The representatives of the future nuclear power plant supplier of Fennovoima want to get acquainted with the region and introduce their company. From Fennovoima, Chairman of the Board Pekka Ottavainen as well as Project Director Minna Forsström will be participating.

CFO of Rusatom Overseas, Mr Vyacheslav Ivanov will give a presentation at an open lecture event of the University of Oulu, in OP auditorium (L10) in Linnanmaa campus area at 9.00-11.00. The main topic of the lecture is the various cooperation opportunities that Fennovoima nuclear power plant project brings to Oulu region.

Programme of the event:

  • Opening words: Dr. Lauri Lajunen, Rector of the University of Oulu
  • CFO of Rusatom Overseas, Mr Vyacheslav Ivanov gives a presentation, followed by a presentation of Russian guest speaker, Associate Professor Maria Ganchenkova (Materials Science Department, MEPhI, National Research Nuclear University)

After the presentations there is an opportunity for the audience to ask questions.

Media meeting is arranged in Pyhäjoki municipal hall (Kuntatie 1, 86100 Pyhäjoki) at 14.00-15.00. Fennovoima and Rusatom Overseas are present.
