Changes in Ferronordic’s management

Ferronordic announces changes to its management team following its expansion to Germany.

As of January 2020, following the addition of the new Volvo and Renault Trucks business in parts of Germany, Ferronordic has reorganized its management team. The group management, focusing on the group’s business in all markets, consist of Lars Corneliusson, Chief Executive Officer, Nadezhda Arzumanova, Human Resources Director, Henrik Carlborg, Business Development Director, Erik Danemar, Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Director, Dan Eliasson, General Counsel, Onur Gucum, Commercial Director, and Anton Zhelyapov, Director Trucks. Further, two management boards have been established for Russian/Kazakhstan and Germany, respectively. The management board for Russia/Kazakhstan consists of all members of the previous group management, while the management board for Germany consists of the new group management as well as certain members of the local management team of Ferronordic Germany.
