Ferronordic Machines publishes bond prospectus and will apply for listing of issued bonds on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm

On 28 June 2011, Ferronordic Machines issued a senior unsecured bond of SEK 400 million with a tenor of three years. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds, Ferronordic Machines has undertaken to apply for listing of the bonds on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm within twelve month following the issue date. Ferronordic Machines has now prepared a prospectus in order to be able to list the bonds.

The prospectus has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and Ferronordic Machines will now apply for listing of the bonds on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.

The prospectus is available on Ferronordic Machine's homepage, www.ferronordic.ru  and will be made available on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's webpage, www.fi.se.
