About Us

Ferronordic is a service and sales company in the areas of construction equipment and trucks. It is the dealer of Volvo Construction Equipment and certain other brands in all of Russia and Kazakhstan, aftermarket partner of Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks in part of Russia, and dealer of Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks in part of Germany. The company also offers contracting services where it owns and operates equipment to carry out works for customers. Ferronordic began its operations in 2010 and now has over 100 outlets and about 1,700 employees. Ferronordic’s vision is to be regarded as the leading service and sales company in its markets. The shares in Ferronordic AB (publ) are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Ferronordic Machines AB publishes 2013 annual report and announces new financial targets

Press release Stockholm, Sweden, 16 April 2014Ferronordic Machines has today published its annual report for 2013. In connection with the publication of the annual report, new financial targets are announced. In the annual report, Lars Corneliusson, President and CEO of Ferronordic Machines, is stating the following: “During 2013 Ferronordic Machines generated all-time high revenue of EUR 286.6 million. Compared to 2012 this represents a 4% increase in reporting currency and a 10% increase in rubles. EBITDA for 2013 was EUR 18.8 million excluding one-off expenses, an increase of 40%
