This marks IFP’s fourth year of inclusion in this prestigious list since the list's inception six years ago. IFP finished in 7th place in the small business category and 3rd place in most improved in overall ranking. The Boston Globe Top Places to Work 2013 results are based on a confidential survey of nearly 100,000 employees representing close to 2000 organizations state-wide. Employees are also asked to rate their organizations based on several additional factors, including confidence in leadership, whether they feel appreciated as workers, training and other issues.
