FIM Group Corporation Stock Exchange Announcement 5 May 2006 at 2.30 p.m. Finnish time FIM’s Monthly Statistics April 2006 FIM shall from this day forward publish a monthly review on the key figures of the company's operations. The objective is to provide investors with information concerning the company and its operating environment in one release. Among others the following information will be published: FIM Asset Management’s assets under management, assets under management in funds and assets under management in equity funds as well as the shares of FIM Brokerage of OMX Helsinki’s turnover. Sales figures for FIM Investment Banking’s structured notes will be released quarterly. The reported information is available in public sources with the exception of the information concerning the total amount of assets under FIM Asset Management’s management. FIM in April FIM Asset Management’s assets under management were 3,128 million euros in end of April 2006, representing an increase of 81 percent over the same period in 2005. Assets under management in funds were 2,025 million euros and assets under management in equity funds were 1,524 million euros. FIM Brokerage's share of the euro volume on OMX Helsinki in April was 3.0 percent, while at the corresponding time last year it was 2.7 percent.
