FIM Group Corporation Stock Exchange Announcement 6 July 2006 at 3.30 p.m. Finnish time FIM’s Monthly Statistics June 2006 FIM in June FIM Asset Management’s assets under management were 2,695 million euros in end of June 2006, representing an increase of 34 percent over the same period in 2005. Assets under management in funds were 1,682 million euros and assets under management in equity funds were 1,111 million euros. FIM Brokerage's share of the euro volume on OMX Helsinki in June was 2.4 percent, while at the corresponding time last year it was 2.6 percent. The share of trades executed were at 3.3 percent in June 2006 (2.9 percent in June 2005). FIM Investment Banking’s structured notes sales volumes were 92 million euros in the end of June 2006, representing an increase of 142 percent over the same period in 2005.
