NOTIFICATION REFERRED TO IN CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10, OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS

FIM has today received an announcement that Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited’s holding of share capital in FIM Group Corporation has exceeded 1/20 on March 2, 2007.

Under Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, we hereby announce that Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited now holds 2,291,846 shares of FIM Group Corporation, corresponding to 5.37 percent of the share capital and 7.85 per cent of the voting rights of FIM Group Corporation.

The share capital of FIM Group Corporation comprises a total of 42,683,690 shares and votes but due to the annulment of the voting rights of the largest shareholder, in September 2006, there are currently 29,207,239 votes.
