FIM Group Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT September 20, 2006 13.15 Finnish time NOTIFICATION REFERRED TO IN CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10, OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT ON A CHANGE IN VOTING RIGHTS The Financial Supervision Authority has demanded FIM Group Corporation to annul within seven days starting from now on the entry in FIM Group Corporation’s shareholders’s register regarding Seppo Sairanen’s acquisition of FIM Group Corporation’s shares for one year based on the law on investment services companies (579/1996), section 15, clause 2, and the law on investment funds (48/1999), section 16, and due to this shareholder’s proposition of the voting rights in FIM Group Corporation has changed for the period of the annulment. The annulment does not have an effect to the share capital of the company or to shareholders’ propositions of the share capital. Based on the said ruling Seppo Sairanen’s holding in FIM Group Corporation will fall below 1/20 of the voting rights. At the same time Markku Kalonimemi’s holding in FIM Group Corporation will exceed 3/20 of the voting rights and Pekka Mölsä’s, Karri Toivonen’s and Jussi Seppälä’s holding will exceed 1/20 of the voting rights. Possible appealing process or prohibition against enforcement may restore the voting rights to the situation that prevailed the annulment.
