FIM Group Corporation Press Release 13 June 2006 at 10.15 a.m. Finnish time Pohjanheimo and Nyholm appointed to FIM Group's Management Board Ms. Jaana Pohjanheimo, Master of Laws, MBA, has been appointed Director of Human Resources and a member of the FIM Group Management Board as of 18 September 2006. Ms. Jaana Pohjanheimo has a long experience in the finance sector in positions related to legal matters, administration and human resources. For the past nine years she has worked for Alfred Berg / ABN Amro, where she has served as Nordic Head of Human Resources since 2004. Mr. Teemu Nyholm, MSc (Tech), BSc (Econ), has been appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO) and a member of the FIM Group Management Board as of 1 July 2006. Mr. Nyholm has been employed by FIM Group as IT System Manager since 2004.
