Hampshire Author Shows the Way to a Happier Life

A Hampshire woman thinks she has found the answer to the age-old search for a happier life – a quest that's even more relevant in these difficult economic times. Natalie Fee, a Winchester-born TV presenter and performer, has produced a practical down- to- earth guide to a happier life.

So what can The Everyday Alchemist's Happiness Handbook tell us that we don’t already know?

Natalie explains:-

In the book I have tried to set out how we can live brighter, happier lives through the choices we make on a daily basis.

Living in Glastonbury, I know there are lots of manuals out there which make finding inner peace heavy-going, but I have written this in a light-hearted style and given readers hands-on exercises to help them along the way. It works for both those beginning their quest for happiness as well as seasoned spiritual seekers.

I really believe that discovering personal happiness, whatever that actually means to us, is a goal that many people have in common, and this book teaches the reader how to find that joy using modern and spiritual means. I try to help guide my readers out of negative reactions and old patterns to learn simple techniques that transform everyday stressful situations into positive energy and self-awareness.”

Some eminent figures have expressed support for Natalie’s book.

Jonathan Cainer is a well-known Astrologer who writes horoscopes for several national dailies. He has written the foreword to Natalie’s book. He said: - “This is the clearest, most helpful guide to a happier life that you will ever find.”

Isabel Losada is the author of well-known book The Battersea Park Road to Enlightenment.
She recommends Natalie’s book as “A concise, inspiring and practical introduction to this important subject. Had me taking notes.”

The Barefoot Doctor, author of Handbook for the Urban Warrior endorses the book: “Natalie Fee is the embodiment of glee. Few have her grasp of what it is to be happy. I strongly suggest you read this and learn her unique way for yourself.”

Natalie has some great tips to encourage happiness into your life:

"Invite Happiness in. Then, if you lose sight of it, invite it in again. Happiness can't resist a willing heart."

"Your workplace is your temple too. Not because you worship money or success, but simply because you are there."

"You can trust a fool to turn your day upside down, only for you to realise it was the wrong way up to begin with."

"If you've got time to worry and dwell in the past, you've got time to be happy and forge a brighter future."

“Making space for more love involves having our buttons pushed.. and pushed.. and pushed until they eventually wear down and go all shiny. At which point, they're no longer a button, but a sparkling reminder of how much we've grown.”
