X3msoft and Findity in agreement to launch Maxu expense in Finland

X3msoft Oy will launch a new expense management solution, Maxu, in 2020. The solution is built as a white-label service on Findity’s expense management platform to digitize and automate the receipt management, travel allowances, and mileage for all clients. The launch is planned for late Q3.

Maxu will make every part of the expense management process mobile and automated. With the built-in AI engine, manually entering information is no longer needed, the solution automatically analyzes the account, date, amount, VAT, and currency on every receipt. Clients can also manage travel allowances, mileage, approvals, and much more in the mobile app.
