Personalization equipment specialists for the gift, membership and loyalty card industry, Cross-Core Technology, have announced a new agreement with Impact Innovations Inc, to enhance the company’s current UV offset and screen-printed membership and loyalty card production capabilities with the addition of new imaging and magnetic stripe encoding equipment. The new Crossover™ Series Card System will be used for high-speed card personalization. Capable of processing 30,000 cards per hour, the Crossover™ is ideal for high-speed production of membership, loyalty and gift cards. Featuring the most advanced production platform in the card industry, the Crossover™ is designed to deliver unparalleled performance and efficiency.
Key features of Cross-Core™ Technology’s Crossover™ Series Card System include the production of durable, high-resolution bar codes and variable data that adhere to a wide range of substrates, printing personalization information in both black and white and the magnetic stripe encoding system allows for unlimited positioning of magnetic stripe encoding heads across the full length of the product.
