Clarification regarding United Camping Campsite HoldCo AB’s acquisition of Leksand Resort AB

As separately communicated, United Camping Campsite HoldCo AB acquires Leksand Resort AB, a leading player in the hospitality industry in the Swedish region of Dalarna. The acquired company is outside of First Camp Group AB and its subsidiaries. The bond holders of First Camp Group AB are therefore not directly affected by this transaction.

Leksand Resort is expected to have revenues of approx. SEK 150 million in 2022. The company comprises Leksand Strand with 222 cabins, approx. 400 camping pitches, and 20 glamping tents, Leksand Sommarland, Moskogen hotel and conference facilities as well as Mat vid Siljan’s extensive Food & Beverage operations. 

Closing takes place on March 31, 2022.
