First Camp announces that the condition for the early redemption of outstanding 2019/2023 bonds has been satisfied

On 21 November 2022, First Camp Group AB (the ”Issuer” or “First Camp”) announced that it intends to redeem in full the outstanding 2019/2023 bonds with ISIN SE0013409570 (the “Early Redemption” and the “Bonds”, respectively).

The Early Redemption was conditional upon the Issuer’s receipt of funds in connection with its issue of new SEK denominated senior secured sustainability linked bonds, as further described in the Issuer’s press release on 21 November 2022. This condition has been satisfied and the Early Redemption is therefore no longer conditional. Redemption of the Bonds will occur on 22 December 2022 and the record date is 15 December 2022 (the “Record Date”). Payment will be made to each person who is registered as holder of Bonds in the debt register maintained by Euroclear Sweden on the Record Date.
