New CHRO at First Camp Group

Mia Melin has been appointed new Chief Human Resources Officer, CHRO, at First Camp Group, Scandinavia’s largest camping chain. Mia will take up her position at First Camp no later than 6 May 2023 and will be based at the company’s Gothenburg office.

Mia possesses a combination of genuine HR expertise and strong strategic and commercial drive, and her background also includes valuable experience of international expansion and supporting geographically diverse operations,” says Johan Söör, Group CEO of First Camp.

Mia has a Master of Science degree in Media and Communication/Psychology from the University of Gothenburg, and her career to date includes roles as Manager of Trainings at IHM Business School, Global HR Manager for the fashion brand Monki, and HR, Communication and Sustainability Manager at Polfärskt. She will take up the role of CHRO at First Camp no later than 6 May 2023.
