Update on the impact of the rainstorm "Hans"

First Camp, Scandinavia's largest camping chain with 70 destinations, has as a result of the rainstorm "Hans" experienced material physical damage to one of its campsites. A few other campsites have temporarily reduced their accommodation capacity.

First Camp's campsite in Gol, Norway, was hit by flooding as a result of the rainstorm "Hans," leading to damages to cabins, seasonal guests' caravans, and other infrastructure. Additionally, primarily four campsites in Sweden had to temporarily reduce their accommodation capacity due to high water levels in Lake Siljan.

Historically, normal fluctuations in summer weather have had limited impact on the camping industry. However, the heavy rainfall in August, which in some cases resulted in limited road access, had a negative effect on the month. As of August 21st, the group's accommodation bookings for August were approximately six percent lower than at the same time last year, with significant regional variations. On-site revenues, including sales from shops, restaurants, and water parks, are more weather-sensitive and experienced a greater negative impact during the month compared to accommodation revenues.

The First Camp group operates 70 destinations, of which 65 are included in the bond structure of First Camp Group AB.
