Fiskars Orange-Handled Scissors Receive Trademark in Canada

MADISON, Wis. (July 9, 2014) – In the midst of its 365th anniversary year, Fiskars is happy to announce its world famous Orange-Handled Scissors™ received the official trademark registration in Canada last week. The trademark consists of the color orange as applied to scissors handles. The Canadian registration marks the third time the iconic product has received official trademark protection, following the U.S. in 2007 and Finland in 2003.
