Codetermination negotiations concluded at Fiskars plant in Billnäs

CODETERMINATION NEGOTIATIONS CONCLUDED AT FISKARS PLANT IN BILLNÄS
Fiskars Brands Finland has concluded codetermination negotiations with personnel
in its manufacturing plant in Billnäs, Finland. On the basis of these, the
company has decided to make 13 employees redundant. In addition, approximately
360 people will be laid off for 3-6 weeks depending on the unit.
The codetermination negotiations covered around 380 people. At the start of
negotiations, layoffs were estimated to impact a maximum of 15 people.
