Fiskars strengthens its Executive Board

Fiskars' Executive Board will be strengthened as of September 16, 2013 with two new members, the group’s new Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Nina Ariluoma-Hämäläinen and Chief Information Officer Frans Westerlund. Nina Ariluoma-Hämäläinen’s appointment was announced in August, 2013. Frans Westerlund has worked as Fiskars CIO since 2009.  

Fiskars transformation into a world-class consumer goods company continues and both human resources and information technology play a key role in the company’s restructuring programs. The heads of the group’s Human Resources and IT functions have previously been members of the group’s Executive Team and have attended Executive Board meetings to facilitate development of the company’s operations and the establishment of common processes and platforms.
