NOTIFICATION REFERRED TO IN CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10, OF THE SECURITIES
MARKETS ACT ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS

Fiskars Corporation has been informed that Agrofin Oy Ab has on
April, 1, 2004 increased its holding to more than one-tenth of the
voting rights and share capital in Fiskars Corporation. Under Chapter
2, Section 10 of the Finnish Market Securities Act, we hereby announce
following:
