ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS


Fiskars Corporation has been informed that Hambo Oy Ab has on December 22, 2004
increased its holding to more than one-twentieth (1/20) of the voting rights and
share capital in Fiskars Corporation. Under Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish
Market Securities Act, we hereby announce following:
