Fiskars Corporation has been informed that, as a result of a share transaction
concluded January 4, 2005, Mr. Robert G. Ehrnrooth has increased his holding to
more than one-tenth (1/10) of the voting rights in Fiskars Corporation. Under
Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Market Securities Act, we hereby announce
following:
