PROPOSAL FOR COMPOSITION OF FISKARS' BOARD OF DIRECTORS


The shareholders representing more than 40% of all Fiskars Corporation votes
propose that the Annual General Meeting on March 23, 2005 elect seven members to
Fiskars Board of Directors and that the following individuals be elected to the
Board: Mr. Göran J. Ehrnrooth, Mr. Mikael von Frenckell, Mr. Gustaf Gripenberg,
Mr. Olli Riikkala, Mr. Paul Ehrnrooth, Ms. Ilona Ervasti-Vaintola and Mr.
Alexander Ehrnrooth. No deputy members will be elected. Mr. Thomas Tallberg
refuses re-election.

All the said individuals have given their consent to election.
