SHAREHOLDERS’ AGREEMENT IN FISKARS DISCONTINUED


Fiskars Corporation has been informed that the agreement entered
into by a group of private investors and companies in December
1992 regarding pre-emptive rights between the parties in case of
sales of shares of the company, has been discontinued per November
11th 2004.

Hence there are no pre-emptive rights between the parties involved
from here on.

The existence of the agreement has during its validity been
included in the Annual Reports.
