VICE PRESIDENT, COMMUNICATIONS LEENA KAHILA-BERGH TO LEAVE FISKARS              

The Fiskars Corporation and its Vice President, Corporate Communications Leena  
Kahila-Bergh have agreed that she will leave the company by the end of October. 

'Leena Kahila-Bergh has made a long carrier at Fiskars and done an excellent job
of developing its corporate communications. On behalf of the entire Corporation,
I thank Leena for her contribution and wish her the best of success in the      
future,' says Fiskars CEO Kari Kauniskangas.                                    

Corporate Communications at Fiskars will be handled by Ms. Nora Malin, Fiskars  
Communications Manager. Corporate Communications will report to the Chief       
Strategy Officer, Mr. Max Alfthan, who will join Fiskars at the beginning of    
November.
