Multi-touch subsystem company FlatFrog Laboratories AB signs global manufacturing and support contract with Kortek Corporation, the world's leading developer and supplier of industrial monitors.

14 August 2009, Lund, Sweden FlatFrog Laboratories AB, a developer and manufacturer of disruptive optics-based multi-touch kits and subsystems, and Kortek Corporation, leading provider of industrial monitors, jointly announce the signing of a comprehensive product manufacturing and supply agreement between the companies. Kortek will serve as FlatFrog’s sole manufacturing partner for large form-factor integrated multi-touch solutions. The first volume products stemming from the relationship include high-performance, industrialized 40” multi-touch LCD systems offering true, in-glass multi-touch in a slim form factor. Initial markets addressed primarily include gaming, hospitality, corporate and education, as well as digital signage.
