Disclosure of acquisitions of large shareholdings

In accordance with Norwegian Securities Trading Act Chapter 4, Section4-3, we, Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. , hereby notify that we have tendered its total shareholding, being 17,291,866 shares, in FLEX LNG Ltd (“Flex LNG”) in connection with the ongoing mandatory offer (the “Offer”) set forth by Geveran Trading Co Ltd.  The shareholding was tendered on 17 December 2014. Following completion and settlement of the Offer, Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd will not hold further shares or rights to shares in FLEX LNG.
