Flexion Mobile and Huawei sign a commercial partnership agreement
The main purpose of the collaboration is to promote the alternative ecosystem for android games
LONDON, 3rd of December, 2020 – Flexion Mobile Plc (Nasdaq: FLEXM), the Android games distribution company today announced that it has signed a non-exclusive commercial partnership agreement with Huawei. The initial term of the agreement expires on 31 of December 2023. Thereafter, the agreement is prolonged with 12 months at a time unless terminated by either party.
The main purpose of the agreement is to jointly drive game developer awareness and commitment to the growing alternative ecosystem for games where Huawei AppGallery plays an important part. For that purpose, the parties agree to cooperate as regards listing and distribution of games on AppGallery. The parties will cooperate in areas such as game sourcing, development, promotions and marketing to successfully launch and maintain games on AppGallery.
