Flexion Mobile Plc receives Notice of Allowance from USPTO for its second patent application

LONDON, 7th of July, 2021 –Flexion Mobile Plc (Nasdaq: FLEXM), the Android games distribution company, today announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued a Notice of Allowance for the company’s patent application no. 16/188,339. This second patent includes 41 claims and provides coverage for additional aspects of Flexion's core technology, relating to methods of modifying an application by modification, addition, and/or removal of machine-readable instructions on target computing platforms at run-time. Flexion provides a unique range of distribution services and enabling technology for top grossing android game developers who benefit from incremental revenues in their games when distributed in Amazon, Huawei, Samsung, Xiaomi and One Store. 

The notice of allowance means that the USPTO would issue the patent after certain formal steps have been completed. This is Flexion's second patent, following on from its first patent granted in 2018.
