Founders buy shares in Flexion Mobile

LONDON, 26th of September, 2022 – Flexion Mobile Plc (Nasdaq: FLEXM), the Android games distribution company today announced that its founders Jens and Per Lauritzson have acquired 25,000 shares in Flexion Mobile Plc through their company. Jens Lauritzson has also acquired 74,000 shares through share options in the company.
