New, innovative puck handling solutions for the automotive and machine parts industries will be demonstrated by FlexLink as Automatica 2016 in Munich, Germany. Meet FlexLink at booth 355, Hall A5.

FlexLink will demonstrate its ongoing development of a new product carrier puck system, enabling shorter throughput time in production lines. The smart electric handling functions for pucks and pallets offer quick routing into machine cells and other equipment, low maintenance and low power consumption. The new concept will set new standards for clean, smart and flexible production.

“We have been in deep dialogue with leading automotive parts manufacturers and machine builders, to validate the demands of today and tomorrow. The current, intensive development in the automotive industry is a driver for new technologies, and we take the opportunity to provide important elements for the tier 2 and 3 suppliers. The feedback on our new solutions for product carriers in machining and assembly lines confirm we are on the right track” says Sven-Erik Eckerström, Product Manager, FlexLink Automotive offer.

Besides FlexLink’s wide range of pallet functions for single piece flow, Automatica visitors will experience the safety engineering solutions such as enclosures, fencing and guarding for automated cells and processes.

FlexLink offers turnkey solutions including pre-studies, solutions design, layouts, integration and after sales services. At the booth, FlexLink will demonstrate 3D production flow simulations, the tool for early verification of systems design and capacity.
