Record first quarter order intake for FlexLink

The order intake for the first quarter was 369 MSEK which is the highest first quarter order intake ever for FlexLink. The growth was strong in USA and North Europe. Large orders were received within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Electronics segments. Net sales for the first quarter of 2008 was 297 (291) MSEK.

• Order intake for the period was 369 (325) MSEK which is a growth of 13% compared to the previous year.

• Sales for the period was 297 (291) MSEK.

• Earnings before interest, taxes and amortization of intangible assets (EBITA) were 17 MSEK (4). The EBITA margin was 6% (2%).

• Large orders received from customers within the FMCG and Electronics segments.

• The newly launched product platforms continue to get a good reception from customers worldwide.
