FlexLink speaks total efficiency at Fachpack
Providing the tools for low cost, low risk, agile production systems for food and dairy products – FlexLink speaks about how manufacturers pull the consumer convenience down to the factory floor while reducing the production total cost. Meet us at Fachpack, September 29th - October 1st.
The competitive pressure is increasingly intense on brand owners and producers in the food and dairy industries. Production cost, the speed of new product introductions, management of fluctuating demands and brand protection by means of food safety and good working conditions, are common issues on the agenda today.
At Fachpack in Nuremberg, September 29th - October 1st, FlexLink will demonstrate its unique combination of tools for efficient production, brand (consumer) protection and factory safety.
State of the art conveyor platforms
Visitors will experience the world premiere of a new generation of hygienically designed modular wide belt conveyors. The new hygienic conveyor, WLXH, complies with the HACCP and the EHEDG design guidelines. It brings new levels of hygiene and efficiency to the work floor, and is suited for processes where there is direct contact with food.
Cleanliness of food production and packaging is a requisite for the consumer safety and durability of the products. FlexLink’s solutions are designed for consistent cleaning results, easy access during cleaning and short drying time. Even cleaning-in-place (CIP) solutions are available bringing the easiness to new levels.
In addition, FlexLink demonstrates state of the art conveyor platforms for the packaging process and downstream to carton handling and end of line with structures in stainless steel or aluminum.
Complete solutions
To manufacturers requiring efficient production systems, FlexLink offers turnkey solutions including pre-studies, solutions design, layouts, integration and after sales services. At the booth, 3D production flow simulations will be demonstrated – a given tool for early verification of the systems design and capacity.
“The feedback we receive from customers in the food industries is strong, especially on the holistic view shown in our concepts. We look forward meeting the industry at Fachpack” comments Mattias Byström, Managing Director of FlexLink.
