Total efficiency for the food & packaging industries – FlexLink shows how at Scanpack.
FlexLink shows how manufacturers pull the consumer convenience down to the factory floor while reducing the total cost of production. Meet us at Scanpack, October 20 – 23rd.
The aims on reducing production cost, increasing the speed of new product introductions and the management of fluctuating demands are well known to brand owners and producers in the competitive food and dairy industries. On top of this is the aims of consumer and brand protection by means of food safety and good working conditions.
At Scanpack, Scandinavia’s leading packaging exhibition, FlexLink will demonstrate solutions and know-how from the bread, cheese and dairy industries. The unique combination of tools for efficient production flow, the new hygienically designed conveyor platform and refined functions are examples of where the requirements of manufacturers and consumers meet.
Hygienically designed conveyor platforms
Visitors will experience the new generation of hygienically designed modular wide belt conveyors, the WLXH. It is suited for processes where there is direct contact with food and brings new levels of hygiene and efficiency to the work floor. The design complies to the EHEDG design guidelines and simplifies the risk analysis according to HACCP.
Consumer safety and product shelf life starts with the product and the production. FlexLink’s solutions are designed for consistent cleaning results, easy access during cleaning and short drying time. Integrated cleaning-in-place (CIP) solutions are cleaning processes to new levels of consistence and easiness.
Visitors will be demonstrated also the complete range of state of the art conveyor platforms for the packaging process and downstream to carton handling and end-of-line with structures in stainless steel or aluminum.
Complete solutions
FlexLink offers turnkey solutions including pre-studies, solutions design, layouts, integration and after sales services. To manufacturers requiring efficient production systems will be demonstrated 3D production flow simulations – for early verification of the systems design and capacity.
“Customers from the food industries give us strong feedback, emphasizing the users’ perspectives on efficiency and production cleanliness. We look forward meeting the industry at Scanpack” comments Mattias Byström, Managing Director of FlexLink.
