Crowdsoft Technology AB has made a name change to Flowscape Technology AB.

As per the decision at the Annual General Meeting on May 31^st 2018 regarding the amendment of the company name from Crowdsoft Technology AB to Flowscape Technology AB, Bolagsverket (Swedish Companies Registration Office) has on July 12^th 2018 registered Flowscape Technology AB as the new company name.

”After the merger between Crowdsoft and Flowscape this winter, the decision was made to change the company name to Flowscape Technology at the Annual General Meeting on May 31^st. The name change brings greater transparency to the stock market and to our clients since Flowscape is a more well-known brand and since most of the current turnover comes from the Flowscape product”, says Peter Reigo, CEO Flowscape Technology.

The new stock symbol at the Spotlight Stock Market (formerly AktieTorget) is FLOWS and the new FISN code is FLOWSCAPE/SH.

The ISIN code isn’t affected by the name change.

The company stock will be traded under the new name from Tuesday, July 17^th, 2018.
